I pooped in my potty (or, as we say in Caroline-speak: "boo" in the "boddy")!
I'll spare you the picture. But I'm well on my way to not needing diapers! Woohoo!

I want more Muppet Show!!
I don't know why The Muppet Show (http://muppet.wikia.com/wiki/The_Muppet_Show) was cancelled. What a wonderful show it was! Kermie's sweetness, Piggy's divaness, Gonzo's antics and Fozzie's performance makes for quality entertainment! Thankfully, mommy has all of the DVDs from the original Muppet Show for me to enjoy. And the Muppet Movie. And The Great Muppet Caper. And Muppets Take Manhattan. And Kermit's Swamp Years. And Muppet Christmas Carol. And Muppet Family Christmas. And a Very Muppet Christmas Movie. And The Muppets' Rocky Mountain Holiday with John Denver. And Muppet Treasure Island. And Muppets in Space. You get the idea. We're all Muppets, all the time!
After not being allowed to watch TV for 19 months, mommy and daddy finally let me watch an episode of The Muppet Show after seeing how much I love my Miss Piggy doll (it used to be mommy's -- but grandma gave her to me and I won't give her back!). They thought it would be fun for me to watch my favorite character come to life. Well, they were in for a treat. I initially sat down to watch, but quickly got up to my feet and ran to the TV when I saw Miss Piggy talk, sing and dance on TV! I put out my hands to grab her and yelled "OFF!" repeatedly to indicate that I wanted Miss Piggy off the TV and in my arms, but she wouldn't get off regardless of how many times I asked. How rude!
Now I eagerly tell mommy and daddy every day that I want to watch The Muppet Show. And if they don't put it on for me, I give them a pouty face that they just can't resist. Watching an episode of The Muppet Show has become my evening ritual now. I eat some food, I drink some milk, I watch a Muppet Show, I brush my teeth, then hug Miss Piggy and go to bed dreaming of Muppets and singing "Mahna Mahna" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wM89T74MPnE). There. Now it's in your head, too.
Mahna Mahna. Doo doo de doo doo. Mahna Mahna. Doo doo de doo. Mahna Mahna. Doo doo de doo doo de doo doo de doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo!

I will *totally* tell my mommy on you!
Grandma came over this weekend. While she was here, she made a phone call. I demanded her phone (all phones in this house are mine - remember from the earlier post?) and she didn't give it to me. Thinking she surely didn't understand, I asked for it again. I asked again, louder. I tried harder to get her attention. I pouted and she still didn't hand it over. I squeeked and ... nothing. I stomped my feet and she kept talking on her cell phone without handing it over to me. I yelled at her and she still didn't give it to me!
So then I pulled out my ultimate weapon: I ran over to mommy (she's a litigator, you know) and told her what happened. I think my exact words were "mama! mee mee nee nee boo boo boo mee mee nee nee amma!" -- and I pointed to grandma, still talking on her cell phone and STILL holding her cell phone, not offering it to me! Needless to say, mommy understood immediately. She understands me like Timmy understood Lassie. I grabbed mommy's hand and we stomped over to where grandma was standing, with my index finger still pointing at the offending grandma, still chatting away with cell phone in hand. Mommy told her she needed to hand over the goods. She did. I smiled. And as soon as I had grandma's cell in hand, I ran off with it before she could take it away again! Then I proceeded to make my own calls, including to grandpa, to ask why he chose to go to the office over visiting me. Humpht!
The moral of the story? You're no match for me and my mommy.

I even *dream* about Miss Piggy!
The past several nights, I've woken mommy up in the middle of the night so she could get my special Miss Piggy. After mommy gives her to me, I hug her tight and fall back asleep. One time I went so far as to stand up in my crib, lean over and whack mommy to get her to wake up and get my Piggy! She learned from that experience. Now she keeps Miss Piggy on her nightstand so when I wake up and want her, she can deliver immediately. I have many virtues, but patience is not one of them.
Last night, I didn't even bother opening my eyes. I just called out for Miss Piggy with my eyes still closed, but with my arms up to grab for her. And, without bothering to open my eyes, when mommy gave her to me, I hugged Piggy tight, smiled and went back to dreamland. Aaaaaaah.

Yeah, I know you're watching me
Mommy checks in on me throughout the day by checking the four Caroline Cams around our house. I know for sure that she's watching when I see a camera move. And I know she can hear me because she has audio on them. So sometimes I talk to her to keep her entertained.
I was sitting on the counter in the kitchen drinking some juice when I saw the kitchen camera move. I got excited, exclaimed "MAMA!" and leaned in to kiss the camera. Then, when my nanny and I left the room, I waved to mommy and said "bye bye!" I'm very polite.

Muppets, Muppets Everywhere!
I watched a Muppet movie for the first time today! We watched Muppet Christmas Carol, and it was fantastic! The first time I saw Miss Piggy, I got so excited! I kept reaching up to grab her, but I couldn't catch her! Mommy and daddy just chuckled. They thought it was so cute.
Gonzo (my second-favorite Muppet) played the role of narrator and was featured throughout the movie. Miss Piggy, my favorite Muppet, also played a leading role as Bob Kratchet's wife. Both deserved Oscar nods for their great work!
