Okay, that house wasn't just ugly -- it was uuuuuuuugly!

That thing is practically a tear-down, but it's in a good location and it has a nice, big back yard for me to run around. Mommy and daddy *loved* it! They're hoping we can get the ugly house at a reasonable price so they can build a good house in its place. Fingers crossed!!
