LA Preschool madness!

So I live on the Westside in LA. This area is full of nuts! Mommy put my name on two waiting lists for preschools when I was born and on another waiting list before she returned to work a few months later, but it seems that was too late to get me in when I would need to start preschool. So mommy is exploring other options. She is taking a tour of one preschool today that won't even give you an application until your child is 18 months old, potty trained AND you take a tour. I'm almost potty trained... and that's close enough, right?
